POLSIA RYDER, Founder/Owner

With over 20 years in the music business, Polsia Ryder started her love of real alternative and underground music as a teenager, with left field choices like Bruce Springsteen and Fleetwood Mac and then Depeche Mode and the Cure. This would be the basis of building a successful career working with the coolest of artists who found global commercial success like Nirvana, Beck, Guns'n'Roses, and Tom Petty.  Ryder was charged in major label marketing jobs of leading international teams in 35+ countries and selling 45 million+ albums around the world. 

She continued to look for artists in the alternative underground scene who showed commercial potential, entering the world of indie music running a succession of indie labels that would have her working as General Manager with Santigold, The Pierces, Ed Harcourt, and The Futureheads.

Most recently, she managed artists Violent Femmes, Twin Atlantic, Jamie Lidell, Spector, Augustines, and the Gaslight Anthem.
